POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive Administrative & Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, administration, or customer service, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for our customers — handling enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and supporting the sales process.
This role also involves monitoring and engaging with our social media channels, ensuring our brand is represented professionally online. There is significant opportunity for earning commission on large sales, rewarding high performers for their contributions.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years experience in administration, office work, or sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in the The Adobe Creative Cloud Suite or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is preferred.
  • Comfortable using and monitoring social media channels for business purposes.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Comfortable working within the cannabis and CBD industry — prior knowledge or experience is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, enquiries, and complaints.
  • Manage incoming customer requests via email, phone, and social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, and others).
  • Monitor, respond to, and escalate customer feedback and comments on social media in line with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare and send invoices using company systems.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order tracking.
  • Support the sales process, identifying upsell opportunities and referring potential leads.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer orders are processed smoothly and on time.
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, file management, and scheduling.
  • Assist with promotional campaigns and customer outreach when required.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, especially within the cannabis and CBD packaging sector.
