POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an organized and experienced Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our co-packaging facility. The successful candidate will ensure smooth office coordination, provide administrative support to management, and handle documentation related to production, logistics, and client communication. This role requires someone detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing/packaging environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or co-packaging).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field is an asset.
