JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various departments. SKILLS

  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and organization of documents.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and managing accounts using QuickBooks.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Adobe for document preparation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
