We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administration / Accounts Officer to support manufacturing and sales operations at our Stanley NC facility.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of organization and take ownership of the role and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The duties include:
- Maintaining customer account information, managing customer inquiries, and following up with our customers.
- Assisting in the account receivables and account payables processes, including banking and processing of miscellaneous invoices and credit notes.
- Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Providing local manufacturing and sales teams with administrative support.
- Other site related administration tasks (eg. mail, filing, answering phones, greeting visitors, receipt of deliveries, general administration assistance).
