IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR As our office administration officer, you need to provide essential day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation for our Seoul office. Your key responsibilities will be: 1. Office Supplies Management - Monitor and manage office and canteen supply inventory. - Assist with regular purchasing and organizing of supplies. - Support procurement of initial supplies for new hires or returning employees. - Help maintain a clean and organized canteen area. 2. General Office Support - Handle incoming inquiry calls to the company. - Provide IT support for employees and support office manager as needed - Support the execution of various internal company events. - Assist with issuing corporate seals and corporate registration documents. 3. Expense and Payment Support - Collect purchasing requests and supporting documents. - Support expense management for corporate cards, office supplies, and other services. - Support corporate car lease contracts and expense claims. 4. Mail and Parcel Management - Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages to employees. - Notify staff about the shipments arrival. 5. Vendor and Travel Coordination - Assist in processing new vendor registrations and updates. - Support flight and hotel reservations for business trips of internal staffs and international visitors. 6. Office Manager Support - Provide general administrative assistance to support the office manager's tasks and responsibilities - Support document preparation for various needs Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good communication skills and a proactive attitude Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to handle physical tasks, such as transporting packages (preference for male candidates, but female career returnees are also welcome) All age groups are welcome; career returners are encouraged to apply.
