Job Description Role overview This role provides essential administrative and operational support to the Front of House and Insolvency teams. The position plays a key part in ensuring documentation, filings, invoices and communications are processed accurately, on time and in line with internal controls and external requirements. The role supports multiple teams and contributes to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office. Key Responsibilities Adding Partner e‑signatures to documentation, ensuring correct authorisation is obtained Uploading documents to Companies House via the digital filing system, ensuring all submission criteria are met Raising invoices for Formal, Contentious and Forensic teams, including complex and time‑sensitive matters Ensuring accurate data is received and validated prior to external mail outs Uploading and managing digital post within Postworks Preparing, printing, collating and distributing dividend cheque letters Amending creditor contact spreadsheets in Excel to meet IPS upload requirements Uploading court documents and maintaining accurate records Updating and maintaining DCAS contact details Supporting the Front of House team with meeting rooms, events and general office support Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative or business support role Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling documentation and data Confident user of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment Strong organisational and communication skills Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information Proactive and flexible approach with a willingness to support wider team activities Additional Information Our Values Straightforward: We provide clear, no-nonsense advice Confident: Our guidance is backed by expertise and evidence Pragmatic: We focus on practical solutions and tangible outcomes Real: We are professional yet approachable, understanding the challenges our clients face Our Commitment to You and the Environment At FRP Advisory Group, sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
