Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office: Reception, handling correspondence and maintaining office supplies.
- Maintain accurate hard-copy and digital records, registers and databases
- Process new suppliers and clients
- Manage project document control through internal and external transmittal processes
- Coordinate onboarding for employees and contractors
- Support mobilisation of personnel: Organising inductions, training, medicals, travel, accommodation, PPE, plant and vehicles
- Compile and maintain HSE documentation to meet client and site-specific requirements
- Assist with basic accounts data entry and payroll processing as required
- Support continuous improvement by maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures
Ideally, this role will suit an individual, who is highly organised, professional with exceptional attention to detail. Has the ability to juggle multiple different tasks at any one time and can priorities without dropping the ball, have fantastic verbal and written communication skills, work well in a team, and handle confidential information with complete discretion.
Essential:
- Previous experience in an office administration role (construction or contracting industry highly regarded)
- Proficiency in 365 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Accounts using MYOB
- Current driver's licence
Desirable:
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration
- Experience in document control, HR support or HSE administration
- Familiarity with mobilisation processes in the construction or resources sector
- To assist in all aspect of Office Administration duties
