Located in Fairfield East, we are seeking a vibrant, organised, and highly motivated Office Administrator to provide essential support to our small property management team. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support to the team.
  • Assisting with property related tasks
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Liaising with clients, tenants, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the office environment is tidy and professional.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, reception, or office support role.
  • Computer skills ; Outlook, Microsoft and familiarity with real estate software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
