SUMMARY

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our vibrant team at UK Leisure Living in St Asaph Office. You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our office operations running smoothly and providing strong support to our engineers. As well as high levels of customer service. The position will suit a well organized proactive person with a technical background (preferred)
The Job is based in St Asaph and is Full time Monday to Friday with some extra odd weekend days as and when. This is to help cover holidays etc

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
  • Good phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ideal technical background but not essential but we ask you are willing to learn.

  • Data Entry & updating databases.
  • Diary Management.
  • Preparing invoices and taking payments
  • Managing monthly payments on systems like GoCardless
  • Sending out parcels monthly to customers
