To meet current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team an: Office Administration Associate – The Ellinikon premises Fixed term contract- Maternity leave cover We are seeking a highly motivated Office Administration Associate, to join our Administration team. He or she shall be reporting to the Administration Senior Manager. The Office Administration Associate shall be handling various administrative tasks, such as incoming calls & correspondence, organizing files, maintaining calendars, preparing reports/presentations, coordinating office activities, generally, ensuring a well-organized work environment. In detail, our new colleague will: Carry out day to day Office Operations & administrative matters, according to our procedures and policies Be the first contact for the Ellinikon premises personnel on any operational issues that may come up Handle administrative tasks like contracts, Purchase orders, invoices etc Coordinate the Restaurant operation (menu, shifts, internal communication etc) and its personnel’s day to day issues Academic Qualifications, Professional Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, very good command of the English language About 2-5 years in a relevant position in office management or, alternatively, secretarial support On a personal side, the ideal candidate should be characterized by the following: Strong professionalism, multitasking, excellent organizational and problem solving skills A team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Our Company offers: Our vision is to bring to life the largest urban regeneration project in Europe.
