Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the front desk, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and addressing inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices and processing payments using QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Support the dental office team by managing patient records and appointment scheduling if applicable.
