We are currently looking to add a Bookkeeper/Administration Specialist to our team. This position will be full-time and based out of our Wetaskiwin office.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Full cycle bookkeeping Accounts Receivable, as well as follow up on overdue accounts
  • Invoicing clients using Sage Simply Accounting, 3rd party billing including Open Invoice
  • Administration support including answering phones, managing emails and data entry
  • Assist with managing inventory for multiple warehouse locations
  • Coverage in other office areas as required

Qualifications:

  • Experience with accounting software including Sage, Open Invoice and Cortex
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Detail orientated and organized
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Enthusiasm for learning new programs or software quickly
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred

  • Bookkeeping/Accounting courses an asset
  • Drive to improve and learn
