We are growing and looking for a detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Installation Department. You will coordinate schedules, manage equipment ordering, maintain inventory accuracy, and support the Install Manager. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can manage multiple priorities with precision. Requirements Coordinate installation schedules with customers, technicians, and internal teams Order equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery for scheduled installs Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve delivery or product issues Process and manage all installation-related paperwork, including rebates and warranties Maintain accurate records of installations, orders, and inventory Act as a liaison between sales, installation teams, and customers to ensure seamless execution Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Utilize inventory management systems (ServiceTitan) to track materials and equipment Support the Install Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous inventory or coordination experience preferred Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems Knowledge of HVAC equipment and installation processes is preferred High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Work Environment This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role that requires strong time management and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.
