Description

This is a full time position based at our Sales Office at Baringa and also at our head office at 45 Brisbane Road Mooloolaba.
You will be supporting the Group General Manager and sales team at Plantation Retirement Resorts and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operations of our sales processes and contributing to the overall success of our retirement village business.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing administrative support to the Group General Manager and sales team.
  • Assisting with the processing of Applications for Residence and liaising with our solicitors with contracts and other relevant documentation.
  • Analysing sales data and preparing reports to help track key performance indicators
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
