About the Project
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administration Manager to oversee office operations, support employees, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in office management, employee benefits administration, and regulatory compliance in the UAE.

Required skills:

  • Proven experience in office administration, ideally in Dubai.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration processes, and Freezone/Mainland regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, handle sensitive information, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, online data management systems, and digital workflow tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining an efficient and well-organized office.

Scope of work:

  • Oversee general office operations, including filing, reporting, presentations, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Manage real-time scheduling, appointment booking, and conflict resolution to optimize workflow.
  • Maintain and update state calendars, reminders, and company records for accurate reference.
  • Handle employee benefits administration and collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding, immigration requirements, and work permits.
  • Process work permits and visas, particularly in the Mainland and Meydan Freezone, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Provide help in managing renewals for company leases, trade licenses, and medical insurance.
  • Organize office events and team activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Work efficiently, ensuring timely completion of administrative projects.
