We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Admin Assistant to support our Berlin office. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, from managing post and invoices to liaising with suppliers and partners. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Post & Correspondence Management: Check incoming mail, ensure correct distribution, and notify relevant teams.
  • Invoice & Address Coordination: Contact suppliers and partners regarding incorrect invoice details or mailing addresses.
  • Supplier & Partner Communication: Clarify administrative details, resolve issues, and ensure smooth coordination.
  • General Administrative Support: Assist with other office-related tasks as needed.
