JOB OVERVIEW

We are a construction company in the industrial sector seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator / Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is a temporary part-time position to support in managing administrative tasks, AP/AR, and ensuring seamless communication between management, field workers, and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an Office Admin / Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction or related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of construction industry practices and procedures is preferred.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Education in a business/office administration related program an asset field is preferred.
  • Understanding of construction trade union agreements for payroll an asset
  • Working knowledge of in-house Jonas Enterprise software an asset
  • Experience in the administration of construction projects an asset
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
