Job Description Logistical support for internal and external meetings organized by DRLPI. Support finance process from sourcing to payment. This includes ensuring appropriate approvals and supporting requirements are in place, coordinating with finance partners for PO preparation, timely payment processing. Provide logistics support for product importation via coordination with supply chain team and third- party partners. Support hiring managers on new employee on-boarding and off-boarding. Document preparation and record keeping of files across functions. Property custodian of office assets and management of petty cash. Qualifications Educational qualification: A Bachelor of Administration or an equivalent qualification Minimum work experience: 3 years of experience in office administration Skills & attributes: Strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Effective time management with ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
