432 Health Group is a thriving, locally owned healthcare organization based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Our network comprises of pharmacies, x-ray clinics, and medical clinics, all dedicated to providing exceptional care to our community.
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our various locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage diverse administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as an office administrative assistant.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize a large workload, work independently, and complete diverse administrative duties within deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees, healthcare professionals, and vendors.
  • Experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Utilize Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) for various administrative tasks.
  • Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, correspondence, and document management.
  • Collaborate with staff across all locations to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage inventory of stationery, supplies, and other consumables for all business locations, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain and organize Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable records, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Proactively take on various tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the team and the overall organization.
  • Travel between our various business locations within Winnipeg (valid driver’s license required).
