JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key supporting role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling order coordination, customer service, administrative duties, and internal communication. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well in both English and Mandarin, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Required:

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Able to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks independently
  • Computer proficient
  • Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and strong work ethic

Nice-to-have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, order coordination, sales or office admin
  • Familiarity with inventory systems or POS platforms
  • Marketing experience
  • Graphic design skill (e.g., Canva) is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
  • Servicing and growing existing clients
  • Finding and closing potential new clients
  • Coordinate order dispatch and delivery appointments with drivers and clients
  • Input and maintain accurate sales, order, and customer records
  • Prepare documents
  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with online and showroom sale
  • Work with teammates to ensure the office and workflow stay clean and efficient
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
