POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Office Attendant/Administrative Assistant to join our expanding administrative team. This multifaceted role is essential to our continued growth and success, supporting both our administrative operations and workshop activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, automotive industry knowledge, and the flexibility to thrive in our dynamic classic car restoration environment.

MOVEMENT & MOBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Full range of body motion including handling, lifting, manual dexterity, and eye-hand coordination
  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, sitting, squatting, climbing, kneeling, reaching overhead, and grasping
  • Ability to work at various heights using ladders and scissor lifts safely
  • Capability to move and position vehicles in coordination with team members

LIFTING & CARRYING REQUIREMENTS

  • Occasional lifting: Up to 25 pounds regularly throughout the workday
  • Team lifting: Ability to assist with moving heavier items (over 50 lbs) with proper team lifting techniques
  • Ability to push, pull, and maneuver wheeled objects (including vehicles) with assistance

COGNITIVE & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

  • Mental concentration and ability to work with precise limits of accuracy
  • Independent decision-making capabilities in both office and workshop environments
  • Ability to follow safety protocols for construction activities and vehicle handling
  • Awareness and adherence to safety procedures when working around moving vehicles and construction zones
