THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting, hands-on role perfect for a recent graduate or a young professional looking to gain valuable experience and grow their career. You will be the backbone of our office, ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and our customers receive the best possible service.

WHO YOU ARE (QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS)

  • Education: A diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • A natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Handle day-to-day office tasks, including managing office supplies, organizing files, and coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and packages (shipping and goods received).
  • Customer Support: Be the friendly first point of contact for our customers. You will manage customer support emails, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining our digital and physical filing systems and stock/inventory control.
  • Team Support: Provide support to other team members on various projects and tasks as needed.
