EUROPEAN OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR.
We are looking for a confident and capable Administrative Coordinator to join our team and take charge of essential business support functions.
Compliance: Ensure European Employees are deployed to Europe within the correct legislation of jurisdiction.
Mobilisation: Co-Ordinate mobilisation of site teams to projects across Europe. Arranging travel, accommodation and supporting documentation for all new and existing employees.
Administration: Liaise with HR, Finance, and project managers to ensure workforce are compliant within the European jurisdictions. Support general office administration and project administration.
Reporting: Maintain accurate daily records, logs and reports to support operations and management decision-making.
Time Tracking : Collect, monitor, and manage European staff working hours, ensuring records are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
ISO Support: Help prepare and support ISO audits and documentation(training provided if needed.)
Team & Supplier Liaison: Communicate confidently and professionally with both internal teams and external suppliers.
