Responsibilities

DUTIES -

  • Manage incoming calls and emails
  • Ensure Care Plans are reviewed regularly
  • Update staff and service user records accurately using Microsoft Excel and our databases
  • Have a can do attitude and spread positivity across the team
  • Assist with getting background checks and updating rotas on our systems
  • Order company supplies such as stationary
  • Admin duties such as filing, scanning and archiving
  • Be able to manage challenging situations in a calm manner and lead by example

SKILLS NEEDED FOR THIS JOB ROLE -

  • Strong on Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Strong Emailing skills and great telephone manner
  • Experience within an administration support role
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Can do attitude and team player
  • At least one year of Administration experience is required
  • Experience within the care / health sector would be an advantage but is not essential for the right candidate
