Company: Qualcomm Vietnam Company Limited, Hanoi Branch Office Job Area: Administration Group, Administration Group > Office Administration General Summary: Responsibilities Welcoming visitors to the office Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed Coordinate and support on travel arrangements for employees Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so Functional support to other departments on administrative related matters Qualifications Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Good communication and interpersonal abilities Proven organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.) High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree. OR Associate's degree and 2+ years of Office Administration or related work experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of Office Administration or related work experience. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or related field. • 2+ years of Office Administration or related work experience.
