1st Choice Security Systems Ltd is an expanding security systems installer which has been established since 2005, currently employing 10 staff. We are looking for a confident, dynamic, and professional Office Manager. The role is to organise and coordinate administration duties and office procedures, whist maintaining a pleasant working environment. The successful candidate will ensure high levels of organisation, communication and leadership.
Previous experience as an Office Administrator / Coordinator would be perfect but not essential, you should also have experience within a variety of Office software and be able to handle administrative duties efficiently and accurately
. Ensuring the smooth running of the office
. Liaising and communicating with customers, staff and suppliers via telephone and email
. Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
. Keeping customer management portals up to date and complete
. Overseeing inductions for new employees and keeping personnel records up to date
. Arrange training for all engineers and technicians and ensure training records are kept up to date
. Implementing and improving company procedures, ISO and safe contractor administrative systems
. Ensure all service contracts are renewed annually and completed on time.
. Ensure service filing system is updated accordingly on a weekly basis
. Organise work meetings and toolbox talks
. Undertake other administrative duties as directed by director or senior management
