Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a bright and diligent Office Administrator to join our team in the Athlone office on a permanent part time basis. This is an on-site position of 28 hours with the following pattern: Mon/Tue full days & Wed/Thurs/Fri half days. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the office including office co-ordination and maintenance. The ideal candidate needs to be an all-rounder, demonstrating a positive, can-do attitude and with strong communication and organisational skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing tickets received by company inbox and distributing to relevant Team within set SLA’s
  • Sending office communications to relevant sites regarding fire safety, drills etc
  • Reception - answering phones, managing on-site, visitors, directing calls as appropriate and taking messages
  • Meeting room set up, i.e. tea, coffee etc.
  • Event Management - booking suppliers, ensuring competitive quotes for corporate events
  • General upkeep of the office to a standard that provides a safe and an enjoyable working environment for all staff
  • Assist with & co ordinate all office deliveries
  • Sourcing the most competitive service agents to carry out facilities and any on-going maintenance works
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by your line manager or department head
  • Lead & organise the social committees that aim to enhance the employee experience
  • Manage charity events and various social functions throughout the year
  • Booking taxis, couriers, restaurants, travel and accommodation
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested by management
