POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. This role involves a mix of administrative coordination, communication, and support across various departments. Ideal for someone with previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role, preferably within real estate, construction, or property management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or a related industry is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks independently

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for office inquiries, visitors, and vendors
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, filing, and data entry
