Description

A Fresh Look General Contractors is in search of an Administrative Assistant. The successful applicant will be a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills who will be assigned a variety of duties within the office.

Experience:

  • administrative assistant: 2 years (preferred)
  • receptionist: 3 years (preferred
Responsibilities
  • Attending to phones, and general email inquiries
  • Creating and maintaining accurate, organized company files
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
  • Keep stock of office supplies
  • Receive/record work orders from client and prepare documents for operation.
  • Schedule occupants and sub-contractors for every work orders.
  • Review/evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports.
  • Reconcile account and prepare invoices.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Skills and Requirements:
  • Customer service experience
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Proficient knowledge of Computers/Microsoft Excel & Office programs
  • Motivated team player with strong organizational skills
  • Written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be detail orientated and have the ability to prioritize and multi task
  • Administrative Assistant minimum 2 years experience is required.
  • Must live in Winnipeg
  • Valid Drivers License and Vehicle is an asset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
