The Opportunity This position is based in Kyiv, Ukraine location in the EPD division. As the Office administrator, you’ll have the chance to support office in administrative issues. What You’ll Do: Document flow of the administrative department: • maintaining a database of contracts and invoices, monthly closing of document flow; • working with MeDoc and electronic document flow in local systems; • preparing, concluding, and supporting contracts; • monitoring and tender selection of suppliers; • reviewing, launching for approval, and updating company policies related to the department's area of responsibility. Coordination of the work of the department's contractors: • control of the work of contractors and deliveries to the office; cleaning, technical condition • collection of feedback on suppliers, analysis and implementation of possible improvements/changes in service; • purchase of goods and services for the office. Coordination of receptionists' work: • training and coordination of reception staff; • gathering feedback. Office support: • participation in the preparation of local corporate events and initiatives. • control and maintenance of order in the office. • assistance to employees with office life issues. • monitoring the technical condition of the office, coordination of repair work in the office. Requirements: • Higher Education • Work experience in a similar position from 1+ years • English - Intermediate\Pre- intermediate • Professional skills in using MS office, 1C, ERP systems • Communication and negotiation skills • Organization skills, coordination and control of processes
