JOB TITLE: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Since our recently announced merger with both Activ8 Solar Energies & SSE Airtricity. Allbrite Heatpump Specialists Ltd is currently experiencing a period of rapid growth and expansion, securing contracts with local councils, energy providers, and the SEAI.
Allbrite Heatpump Specialists Ltd are actively seeking an experienced office administrator to join the Allbrite office team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in our operations, contributing to the growth and success of our company.
This position will be based out of Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan. This is a full time permanent position inclusive of a competitive salary and additional benefits.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ideally 2 years’ experience in an administrator position.
  • Proficient in Excel and MS word essential.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strone phone skills required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and establish good working relationships.
  • Live within a commutable distance of our HQ in Carrickmacross.
Responsibilities
  • Manage busy phone lines in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Collect payments and confirm service/ call out requests
  • Allocate service bookings to field staff
  • Update CRM after each call and service entry
  • Download and verify all employee weekly timesheets and enter according for the accounts team
  • Carry out weekly checks remotely on all vehicle trackers to verify all in good working order
  • Prepare excel spreadsheet costs analysis bi-weekly across all completed projects
  • Other general administrative duties as needed.
