We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our administration team. The position is suited to an enthusiastic, diligent and highly organised individual, who will provide support with day-to-day operations of digital information, administrative tasks, and front-of-house responsibilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing, organising, and optimising digital and physical information systems, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with established policies. They will also be responsible for supporting staff with file management, document control, office administration, and reception duties.

Responsibilities

RECEPTION COVER / FRONT OF HOUSE DUTIES

  • Reception cover during periods of leave.
  • Acting as first point of contact for all visitors.
  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with general enquiries.
  • Managing meeting room bookings and arranging refreshments/lunches.
  • Keeping front-of-house office areas tidy during the working day.
  • Opening and closing procedures for Reception.
  • Organising couriers and assisting with outgoing post.
