Description
  • Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries; maintain office records and documentation.
  • Transaction Coordination: Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and other real estate documents; track transactions from listing to closing.
  • Client & Agent Support: Schedule meetings, property viewings, and follow-ups with clients and agents.
  • Listing & Marketing Support: Update property listings on portals, prepare marketing materials, and assist with social media postings.
  • Financial & Legal Coordination: Maintain records of payments, invoices, and contracts; ensure compliance with real estate regulations.
  • Office Operations: Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and oversee general office maintenance.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
