The ideal candidate for our Office Administrator position is a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the backbone of our office operations, so we’re looking for someone who is reliable, approachable, and capable of juggling multiple priorities with ease. Whether you’re managing correspondence, answering phones, handling data, or supporting wider team needs, you’ll need to be adaptable to handling multiple tasks.
Ideally you’ll possess prior experience in office administration (or be eager to apply transferable skills). Excellent customer care and service is our priority, therefore you will need to have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. The role requires someone with excellent attention to detail, accurate data entry capabilities and a proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
