Responsibilities
  • Manage office operations including scheduling, filing, and clerical duties.
  • Handle vendor management and maintain relationships with service providers.
  • Assist with human resources functions including payroll processing and employee onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks.
  • Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Implement effective schedule management to optimize team productivity.
