Description

Our exclusive client based in Chorley are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to support their busy team. Within this role you will coordinate and assist with the daily operations of the department, ensuring documentations are current, tracking deadlines of projects and communicating with stakeholders.

Duties include:

  • Provide day to day admin support including document management, meeting scheduling and travel arrangements
  • Prepare, organise and maintain documentation relating to contracts and other project materials
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports and briefing documents for internal and external stakeholders
  • Track project timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met, communicating any potential delays and issues to the team
  • Monitor and update databases ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
  • Primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, respond to enquires and coordinating as necessary
  • Identify process improvements and support the team in implementing admin efficiencies
  • Reception cover for an hour each day, holidays and sickness cover

To be considered for this role, you must be a strong and confident communicator who is friendly and professional, be exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask and achieve deadlines and have good IT skills, specifically with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
In return you will receive a competitive salary, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, free on site parking, pension and death in service. This is an office based role.
