Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to setting up jobs, creating shipping documents, creating purchase orders, getting quotes for tooling and materials
- Maintain office supplies and tooling inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
- Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed
- Assist with human resources functions, such as onboarding and employee relations
Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using various office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
-Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
-Ability to maintain a clean and organized work space
