OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this Office Administrator role you must be personable with excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to learn quickly. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have strong planning and coordination skills. The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially is very important and a customer service orientated professional outlook are vital.

The client is looking for a team player with strong administration experience, combined with a positive, cheerful attitude and a willingness to become involved in academic life. Requirements include and are not limited to:

  • Updating information in our bespoke systems
  • Managing and saving all correspondence
  • Assisting Office colleagues in managing survey information
  • Supporting with emails, mail, events, and campaigns
  • Batch processing online payments
  • Recording and banking cash and cheques
  • Researching for projects
  • Collating and analysing data
  • Producing event material
  • Being the face of the company at events
  • Preparing agendas and taking minute
