JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator and HR Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, support HR operations, and ensure the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong multitasking skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in office administration or HR coordination (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Trello, and Dropbox (or similar tools).
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and benefits administration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience planning events or trade shows is an asset.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
