JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator and Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in administrative functions. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to various departments, and enhancing overall productivity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an office administration role, with experience in the agricultural industry considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central is considered an asset, but not required
  • Strong clerical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Experience in human resources functions is a plus
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential
