We’re currently seeking a Full-Time Office Administrator to support our Human Resources team. This hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 remote) is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, people-centered, and passionate about building an efficient and welcoming workplace environment.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and manage our HR systems, including BambooHR (HRIS & ATS)
  • Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and confidential personnel files
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires
  • Assist in creating and delivering HR reports and metrics
  • Help maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Provide general administrative support, including calendar and meeting management
