PURCHASING & SUPPLIER COORDINATION

  • Request and compare material quotes
  • Select suppliers based on price, availability, and reliability (within scope)
  • Create purchase orders and verify incoming deliveries
  • Track and maintain material traceability for audits

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and manage routine tasks independently
  • Experience with QuickBooks (preferred but not essential – training provided)
  • Familiarity with Tekla PowerFab (training provided)
  • Basic understanding of supplier documentation and traceability standards
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a multi-functional role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle routine tasks with a high level of accuracy. The successful candidate will work closely with our management and finance teams, as well as liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure projects and paperwork flow smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOFFICE ADMINISTRATION

  • Manage and triage general email inquiries
  • Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
  • Greet visitors and manage delivery logistics
  • Open and manage yard gate access for trucks and deliveries
