We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a background in office management, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role is crucial in supporting various functions, including human resources, vendor management, and event planning. The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining effective communication within the team and with external partners while managing schedules and overseeing clerical tasks.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in office administration or related fields
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial management tasks
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required
  • Background in clerical work or administrative support is essential
  • Previous supervisory or team management experience preferred

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
