JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator with strong computer skills, excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), fast and accurate typing abilities, and hands-on experience with social media campaigns. You will be responsible for keeping our office running smoothly while supporting administrative, communication, and basic marketing tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Fast and accurate typing speed (mention WPM if known)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Canva or simple design/editing platforms
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) is a plus
