We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our Scarborough team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting executive-level coordination, and fostering a welcoming environment for all staff and guests.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Post-secondary Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Office Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or office coordination role.
  • Familiarity with facilities support and office logistics.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with phone routing systems and office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
