Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Joining Ashtead Technology as Office Administrator, you will join our Mechanical Solution service line where you will provide general administrative support to the Ashtead Office, Workshop and Management Teams at our Fintray facility.

Some of your other responsibilities will include;

  • Updating project orders in the ERP system and preparing equipment hire administration.
  • Mobilising and demobilising of personnel on Ashtead jobs. You will ensure their certificates are up to date/organised, their travel is in place and liaising with customers & personnel.
  • Processing weekly Workshop timesheets.
  • Equipment certification control and various ad-hoc duties.
