Description:
Our client provides quality water filtration systems across all residential, commercial and industrial sectors so customers can have pure, crystal-clear drinking water. With an extensive range of replacement water filters they also provide efficient and reliable installation and maintenance services.
We are recruiting a part time Office Administrator to join the team, with a role that offers varied tasks in a friendly and close-knit team. This role plays an integral part in the smooth operation of the business requiring exceptional customer service both in store and over the phone. Responding to customer queries, processing sales invoices and supporting the business with daily administration tasks you’ll also thrive in learning the product and developing your product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Entering daily sales into the database
- Invoicing of infield cooler servicing work
- Dealing with customers’ enquiries both in the store and on the phone
- Contacting customers for there filter replacements
- Preparing quotes for customers
- Scheduling in-field bookings for Technicians
- Database input and maintaining customer database records
- Processing & shipping of website purchases
You will have a positive attitude, a great work ethic and the ability to communicate with people at all levels. Highly organised with an attention to detail and excellent skills in MS Office Applications, you must be a self-starter with a willingness to learn and succeed.
