Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are looking for an Office Administrator & Assistant to be a supportive force that empowers our Singapore team and management. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. He/she will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Administration - The incumbent will provide a full spectrum of administrative operations support to the office, including but not limited to office maintenance and arrangements, supervising the office cleaner, handling mail, coordinating vendors for office facility procurement and maintenance and management of all external vendors.
Assistant - The incumbent should be comfortable providing sophisticated calendar management to the MD, Capital and Elevate teams by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements and daily activities including running errands. She will also serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the MD, Capital and Elevate teams. She will be responsible for managing and coordinating travel and travel related activities including flights, hotels and transport for the MD and other senior executives. She will also need to assist in planning and coordinating all corporate and company events
