We have a great opportunity for an Office Administrator Assistant to join our team at our Crown Autobody & Glass located at the Waverly Automall. Crown Autobody & Glass is a state of the art autobody shop with all updated modern European equipment, specializing in import brands.

The Office Administrator Assistant, under the direction of the Senior Office Administrator, is primarily responsible for contributing to collision center financial performance reporting. The Office Administrator Assistant is liaison between collision centre operations and head office accounting department.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily posting of collision centre repair orders and making sure they are in compliance with our standard procedures
  • Daily posting of accounts payables
  • Reconcile repair orders between Repair Centre (shop sales management system) and ERA Ignite (accounting package)
  • Post payments to repair orders
  • Communicate outstanding payments to be secured by CSR team
  • Reconciliation of invoices and credits against activity statements
  • Assist the Senior Office Administrator with daily tasks as and when required
  • Ensure the Crown CARMA values are being upheld and executed daily
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Having 1-2 years of administrative experience or equal number of training at a collision centre is preferred
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management expertise.
  • Data entry at an industry standard pace and accuracy level
  • Positively express and transmit information with consistency and clarity
  • Able to execute and manage desired outcomes, goals and objectives in conjunction with the performance / achievements of others
  • Willingness to adapt and respond to changing conditions, priorities, technology, and industry standards or requirements
  • Ability to calmly control the energy of a problem. Be able to identify the potential cause of the problem with the intent of understanding how to correct through utilization of an action plan
  • Lead by example displaying professionalism while displaying disciplined work ethic
  • Work cooperatively and effectively with others to reach a common goal
  • Participate actively in group activities fostering a team environment
  • Valid driver’s license
