We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our small team. The successful candidate will overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including processing customer orders & inquiries from retail customers, dealer & distributors, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Sage accountant plus, database & producing documentation required for carriers in the UK, as well as export customs documentation (Training will be given). We are looking for a self motivated candidate, with organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Initial Office hours 10 - 2pm - to be discussed.
Initial pay £14 per hour - to be discussed.

Responsibilities
  • Process web orders daily, producing invoices, packing & arranging carrier collection.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues.
  • Maintain filing systems.
  • Answer incoming calls & emails in a timely manner.
  • Keep colleagues up to date with production or despatch delays.
  • Create reports as needed
